Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Winkidoo account and the personal data associated with it, in accordance with Google Play's User Data policy.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data in either of the following ways:

Option 1 — In the App

  1. Open Winkidoo and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By Email

Send an email to privacy@winkidoo.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will verify your identity and process the request.

Email a Deletion Request

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following:

What May Be Retained, and For How Long

A limited set of data may be retained only where required:

Shared couple content: Winkidoo is a two-person game. Content you explicitly shared with your partner (e.g. a revealed surprise in their vault) may remain visible to them after your account is deleted, as it also belongs to their account. Contact us if you need such content removed.
